Fighting as Kentaro:  Kentaro is the game’s only real defensive specialist, a bit more reactive than the other fighters, but has powerful moves like everyone else.  When they take you to the Ground, use your advantages to Escape and keep the fight on your feet, where you can utilize your Block + Counter advantage to beat a lot of opponents.  For the ones you can’t beat on your feet, take them to the Ground with the Foot Sweep.

Fighting against Suzuki:  Consider that he likes to Block + Counter, so use your Shoot and/or Throw a little more than you otherwise might.  He’s got some escape ability on the ground but no other advantages, so get him there if you can.
