Fighting as Bruna:  Build some focus before you go to the Ground, get your opponent at least thinking about using the Block & Counter move to set up your shoot.  Once you’ve got enough focus for a submission try or 2, it’s time to go for it.

Fighting against Ferreira:  Stay on your feet!  As long as you do, you nullify her advantages and have a good chance to beat her.  If she does get you to the Ground, make sure you add some focus to your escape attempt or she’ll just choke you out.
