The Balrog was originally done as a single character deck in part because we already had other configurations such as the 3-major Nazul deck, and the dual major Uruk-hai Army Deck, so we wanted to include one single character deck and it became the Balrog. However, he appears in the scene with goblin archers that make such obvious minors for him, so here’s a more standard version of the Balrog if you’d rather play this one.
